Intro to Hoop
For hoopers with little or no experience…. If you think there’s no way you can do this, I will show you that you can or your class is free! This class will teach you the fundamentals of hooping. From waist hooping, hip hooping, and hooping off the body, we will strengthen and tone all of the body’s major muscle groups…and have fun doing it!
Beyond the Basics
This class is for hoopers who have the desire to learn more. We will touch on the basics, but explore new movements and exciting angles. Did someone say ‘booty bump’?? Students will begin to embrace the dance aspect of hooping and will work on putting movements together to create their own hoop flow.
Hoopin’ in the Park every Summer!
Are you on the fence about signing up for a hooping class? Have you wanted to join, but figured that you’d probably not be able to keep the hoop going for more than 5 seconds? You CAN do it and I will show you how! Come join me at Grandview Park, Sundays from 1:30 – 2:30 p.m. and try it FREE of charge. I’ll provide hoops and some tunes and will be available to answer any questions you may have about hooping, all of it’s benefits, and classes that I offer.
