Intro to Hoop

1 For hoopers with little or no experience…. If you think there’s no way you can do this, I will show you that you can or your class is free! This class will teach you the fundamentals of hooping. From waist hooping, hip hooping, and hooping off the body, we will strengthen and tone all of the body’s major muscle groups…and have fun doing it!
Beyond the Basics
Thursdays 6:30-7:30 PM
2 This class is for hoopers who have the desire to learn more. We will touch on the basics, but explore new movements and exciting angles. Did someone say ‘booty bump’?? Students will begin to embrace the dance aspect of hooping and will work on putting movements together to create their own hoop flow.

3 Get ready to turn up the heat! HoopSculpt is an interval workout that focuses on not only using the weight of the hoop to build core strength and tone our entire body, but employs traditional strength training movements as well. Think of it as Hooping meets Boot Camp. (Intro to Hoop is encouraged as a fundamental for those with little or no hoop experience.)
9 week session – $100
All 18 classes – $150
Drop-in rate – $12
Private lessons – $45 / hour
Private group lessons – $100 / hour up to 10 people
** Private lesson pricing is based on a 25 mile radius and is subject to change.
If you’d like to drop-in, it is encouraged to drop-in in the first few weeks once a session begins. The classes are progressive and I wouldn’t want anyone to feel discouraged as the rest of the class will be learning more and more each class.

Z2 Fitness Studio is located just off I-94 Exit 294 Hwy 164 / J.
Class registration fee is transferable and non-refundable. If you miss a class you may join another class to make up for it, provided there is room – contact me via email or phone. Every class must have at least 4 participants to make it a go. Maximum number of students is 10.
